The Baboon Show se ponen muy serios en “Red”

The Baboon Show get very serious in “Red”

Swedish punk rock band The Baboon Show He releases a protest song that works as the first preview of what will be his next album to be published next year.

“Red” is a direct single, resounding like everything The Baboon Show does, but this time it sends a direct message against extremism and against those policies that “sacrifice people, animals and nature in the name of economic benefit.” The group launches it shortly before the Swedish elections to confront the rise of the extreme right.

Originally, the song was going to be released later, but the group has decided to bring it forward due to “the current political and social climate in Sweden and the proximity of the elections.”

As for music, the band maintains the hallmarks of its identity of its direct and catchy punk rock, something that, without a doubt, will once again be one of the keys to that new album that we will be able to hear in 2027.
