The Barcelona band Jester presents a new single. And they dedicate it to none other than the queen consort, Letizia Ortiz, from the perspective of a band from the Sant Andreu neighborhood (Barcelona). It’s about the song “Letizia”.
Released by the Music Bus label, “Letizia” represents a new step forward for a band that has been consolidating its name within the independent scene thanks to a fresh, direct proposal with a marked character of its own, which does not mean that they have not been mutating song by song.
Positioning themselves halfway between Britpop and state indie, Jester jokes while taking a photograph of our time, one of the features that will define the quartet’s new full-length work.
Jester has been seen in countless stages and notable events such as BAM or La Mercè, in addition to reaching the final of Mad Cool Talent and sharing the bill with international leaders such as Public Image LTD, whom they supported at Razzmatazz 2.
