The Prosecutor’s Office requests 13 years in prison for El Jincho for an alleged sexual assault

David Calvo Villa, better known as El Jincho, could face a sentence of 13 years in prison as a result of an alleged sexual assault on a young woman after a concert, according to elDiario.es. The Prosecutor’s Office also requests a prison sentence for the rapper Osiris El Enemy.

The public accusation relates that after a concert that occurred on November 4, 2023 in a venue in Valencia, an assistant went with a friend to the hotel where both rappers were staying. When she went up to one of the rooms, one of them asked her to have sexual relations, which the girl rejected.

The Prosecutor’s Office indicates that, after the insistence of the accused, the woman ended up accepting for fear that something would happen to her. According to elDiario.es, the girl left the room and went to the room occupied by the other artist, who also allegedly forced himself sexually on the victim.

The trial will be held this Thursday, June 18, before the fourth section of the Provincial Court of Valencia, where El Jincho and Osiris El Enemy will face the sentence requested by the Prosecutor’s Office. The first of these has achieved special notoriety in recent years for its defense of different extreme right positions.
