Val Kilmer, a Hollywood legend who played Iceman in ‘Top Gun’, put the Batman layer in ‘Batman Forever’ and embodied Jim Morrison in ‘The Doors’, becoming an icon of American cinema of the late 80s and early 90 Associated Press. In 2015, Kilmer exceeded throat cancer after undergoing two tracheotomies.
