Turonstile shares their unexpected Tiny Desk Concert

TURONSTIL They have shared their unexpected concert within the series Tiny deskexpanding his training and interpreting five songs from his latest job “Never Enough”.

And we say unexpected because the band has already recorded a Tiny Desk (Home) A few years ago, although not in the NPR offices like this, in which they have focused on material from their recent album “Never Enough”.

The training includes group members (Brendan Yates, Pat McCrory, Meg Mills, Franz Lyons and Daniel Fang) next to a wind section formed by Moody Tobias and Theljon Allen And a pianist, Troy Longall of them from the Jazz Baltimore scene.

The group has interpreted the songs “Dreaming”, “Sunshower”, “I Care”, “Never Enough” and “Birds”, which with this formation have taken a much more melancholic air, away from the most hardcore spirit by which the Baltimore band is known, although they have always tried to go beyond the labels. Of course, they have not let the opportunity to turn the study into a hardcore concert – yy electric – with the final minutes of “Birds” and with the public behaving already as in a room.

And speaking of concerts and rooms, we remind you that Turonstile will be acting again in our country November 24 (Barcelona, Sant Jordi Club) and November 27 (Madrid, Palacio Vistalegre), accompanied by The Garden and High Vis.

Under these lines you have both Tiny Desk so you can compare them and enjoy both.
