Neil Young releases “Big Change” and recovers a 1977 album

Neil Young has just released “Big Change”, a social-themed song that shows how the world works today. This is a group issue. Chrome hearts. In addition, he has announced that on February 14 he will release a new lost album titled “Ocean Countryside”.

The song, produced by Lou Adler Together with Young himself, it deals with the multiple options about the future that confront us, but Young faces them with frankness lyrically and with a return to his most classic sound nationally. Added to this launch is the news of the publication of a new unreleased album rescued from his archive, “Ocean Countryside”which is part of the “Analog Original Series”.

About the “new” material, Neil has stated. “This original analog album, recorded in 1977, was not released at the time. These songs are the original mixes made at the time of recording. I recorded the vocals and played the instruments on ‘Oceanside’ in the Triad studios (Florida) and Indigo (Malibu). And the parts of ‘Countryside’ with a large group of friends in Crazy Mama studios in Nashville. I hope you enjoy this treasure trove of Analog Original recordings as much as I have.”

The album was recorded just before the publication of “Comes A Time”with which he shares the country folk sound and the songs “Goin’ Back”, “Human Highway” and “Fields Of Opportunity”.
