Katy Perry will go to the space in the rocket of Jeff Bezos

Katy Perry goes to space. The superstar will come true (more or less) the ‘ET’ video clip with the help of the magnate Jeff Bezos and his Blue Origin rocket. Luckily, or unfortunately, Kanye West will not be part of the trip.

A day after Jesús Calleja gets the dream of walking briefly through space, the news comes that Katy Perry will do exactly the same in the first trip manned only by women since 1963. This will take place in the same rocket used by Calleja, the New Shepard.

The singer will accompany, among others, Lauren Sánchez, promised of Bezos, and Gayle King, television presenter. This will be the eleventh trip of the company of Bezos and will take place in spring.

Although there is still no certain date, it should be noted that Lifestimes Tour begins on April 23 in Mexico and ends in November, so the flight surely takes place before that date. Of course, if Perry interrupts the tour to go to space will be a new milestone.

The crew is completed by Amanda Nguyen, civil rights activist; Kerianne Flynn, film producer; and Aisha Bowe, NASA aerospace exingenex. The trip will last about 10 minutes and reach a height of more than 100km on the surface of the earth.
