Inverfest received more than 120,000 attendees in its tenth anniversary edition. The Madrid winter festival will return from January 9 to February 22 to the main venues of the city with dozens of names, such as Rodrigo Cuevas, Judeline, María José Llergo, Kiko Veneno or La Bien Querida, among many others.
There will be a total of 102 concerts in a total of 9 venues, large and small, from WiZink to Siroco through But or El Sol, including one in Fuenlabrada. You have the entire calendar on their website.
This year highlights the anniversaries of Coque Malla, Marwán or Hard GZ, the review of the complete discography of Derby Motoreta’s Burrito Kachimba surrounded by friends such as Kiko Veneno, Ángeles Toledano, Anni B Sweet or El Canijo de Jerez (among many others), all them at the Wizink Center; or the Madrid farewell to the latest album by Rodrigo Cuevas.
The Riviera will host people like La Bien Querida and Pedro Guerra, both present with their acoustic guitar at the presentation held at the Price in Madrid this Tuesday. The co-directors have remembered the victims of dana, as well as the healing power of music. They have also announced that they will organize concerts in Bilbao and Zaragoza.
The 11th edition of Inverfest will celebrate more than 50 years of Mocedades’ career, who will be accompanied by the emblematic trio Los Panchos at the Teatro Circo Price. There will also be a special flamenco program with Miguel Poveda, who will bring to life the texts of the Poema del Cante Jondo by Federico García Lorca; the show Indios del Sur with Lole Montoya; or the performances of David de Jacoba and The Gardener, member of Caliphate 3/4.
