Jack White confronts Trump and his team for using his music

Jack White face up to Donald Trump and his team for reusing his “Seven Nation Army” in a video on the X platform.

Over the past few months, many artists have verbally or legally confronted Donald Trump over his musical choices. We can talk about Beyoncé either Foo Fightersbut also of Celine Dion either Abba. They are joined once again by Jack White who has confronted Donald Trump’s team over the fact that they have used his “Seven Nation Army” again (included in the album “Elephant” of The White Stripespublished in 2003).

Margo MartinDonald J. Trump’s communications director, shared a video on the X platform yesterday that used “Seven Nation Army” as a soundtrack. In response to White’s complaints, Martin deleted the message, which has not pleased the one who was fifty percent of The White Stripe in standing up to Martin and Trump. On the one hand, he told them that he had already put his law firm in motion to act and on the other hand he told them “Oh, don’t even think about using my music, fascists.”

From there, White went on to highlight a case in which Trump’s team allegedly pushed aside an employee at Arlington National Cemetery during a wreath-laying ceremony on the graves of deceased soldiers. He said, “As long as you’re here, I’m going to double-fuck you, DonOLD —a play on words for “old”— for insulting our nation’s veterans at Arlington. You’re scum. You should lose the vote of all military families immediately.”

He has also criticized Elon Musk for allowing Trump to return to X and took the opportunity to also attack the celebrities who support him.
