Fito and Fitipaldis add another number 1 in Spain with ‘El monte de los howling’. It is the position they have achieved with all their studio albums systematically since the multi-platinum ‘Por la boca vivir elfish’ (2006). Aitana presses, rising to number 2 with ‘Cuarto azul’, given the recent success of ‘Superestrella’. The other entry in the top 10 – at the same number 10 – is the reissue of Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Nebraska’, at the same time as the film ‘Deliver Me from Nowhere’ was released.
On the occasion of the arrival of the ‘Mayhem’ tour in Spain, the strongest rise of the week is this latest album by Lady Gaga. It goes from 41 to 21. It was already certified as a gold record a few weeks ago. In Spain it is around 22,000 units sold.
Demi Lovato arrives at number 31 with the remarkable ‘It’s Not that Deep’. The album is sadly going unnoticed internationally. The album has managed to reach number 9 in the United States, but no less than number 118 in the United Kingdom.
As for Lily Allen, she is burdened by the absence of a physical edition of any kind until January and ‘West End Girl’ only appears in the top 70 in our country. Lily Allen’s album is going viral especially in the United Kingdom and reaches number 4. It is also top 5 in Ireland and top 6 in Australia. In the United States at least it enters position 118. We assume that it will rise again with its physical edition.
UK street number 1, Dave, ‘The Boy Who Played the Harp’, reaches number 89 in Spain. Dave has once again swept the charts with almost 74,000 copies sold in his first week in the UK, and also places 2 songs in the top 10 (‘Raindance’ at number 5 and ‘History’ at number 9) and a third in the top 11: ‘Chapter 16’.
Other interesting entries in Spain are those of ElyElla with ‘Lo más important’ in position 42, Enol with ‘Tutto Passa’ and Depression sonido in position 49 with ‘Dogs don’t understand the internet’.
The entries are completed with ‘Concreto’ by L’Haine at number 72, ‘El Sitio de siempre’ by Íñigo Quintero at number 84, ‘La Gala 6’ by OT at number 86 and ‘Hopi Sendé’ by Ryan Castro at number 98.
