Eztanda is postponed until after the summer

About thirty punk and rock bands were going to meet on June 5 and 6 in Urduliz (Bizkaia) for the debut of the festival Eztanda.

Uribe Kosta was going to host a new and massive festival at the beginning of June, Eztandaon the 5th and 6th, with an extensive lineup made up of more than thirty groups, with a special presence of Basque bands. The organizers have been forced to announce that the festival must be postponed until after the summer due to “unforeseen events and last-minute technical-administrative obstacles beyond the control of the organization.” The tickets purchased will continue to be valid for the new date, however, a deadline will be enabled for refunds online and at physical points.

The old football field in the Bizkaia town of Urduliz was going to be, and we hope it will be soon, the stage where groups like the legendary Cockney Rejectswho head the poster, along with the people from Madrid Biznagaone of the leading bands of the new state punk. The line-up is completed by a juicy cast of Basque bands, from renowned and veterans to young and promising ones: Anesthesia, Akatz, Moonshakers, Nevadah, Ajou!, Arene 6, Perlata, Against You, SUA, Kaleko Urdangak, Chulería, Joder!, Perlata, Streetwise, Hell Beers Boys, MCD…

Punk and Rock in various aspects (Oi!, Ska, Pop-Punk…), even Metal, are the predominant styles of this new festival that combines a local scene, international projection and an experience linked to the coastal environment.
