The singer Violet Grohl will embark on his first US headlining tour, kicking off June 4 at the venue Baby’s All Right of Brooklyn.
The Los Angeles-based artist and daughter of Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) is preparing to release his debut album, “Be Sweet To Me”the next May 29 through Auroura Records, Republic Records and Island Records UK. As a preview, he has already presented three songs: “THUM”, “Applefish” and the vibrant “595”.
Now he has released “Cool Buzz”, a song that is based on a disturbing bass line and leads to an explosive and frenetic chorus. About the song, Grohl explains: “”Cool Buzz” makes fun of the moral contradictions of certain punk boys who preach progressive policies, but who do not give opportunities to women in their own musical spaces.”
