The list of albums of the week, still led by Omar Courtz, admits only one new addition to the top 10: MARTIN’s ‘La Insolación’ goes straight to number 6 on the general chart, demonstrating the loyalty of Operación Triunfo’s fans, who have waited two years to hear the project. Vinyl occupies 2nd place among the best sellers.
As additional information, ‘La Insolación’ gives Hidrogenesse their highest commercial peak on a Spanish chart as composers and producers of the album. In comparison, Stella Maris’ album came in at number 12 on the vinyl chart.
At the gates of the top 10 remains Manuel Turizo with ‘Apambichao’, which enters at number 11, assisted by two of his singles present in the singles chart.
Joan Dausà places her new album ‘Inmortals’ at number 30, which includes collaborations with Antonio Orozco and Anaïs Vila. The guitars mark the next two entries, since on the one hand Cobardes place ‘Balance dedamages’ at 34 and, on the other, Marlon (who you will remember from his cameo at Benidorm Fest) enter with ‘Hipersensible’ at 48.
Puerto Rican Kany García signs the last entry on the list of the week, that of her album ‘Puerta Abierto’, which debuts at number 85.
The strongest rise of the week belongs to Sabrina Carpenter and her album ‘Man’s Best Friend’, which rises from 27th to 15th, coinciding with her performance at the first weekend of Coachella.
Among the albums that completely elude the list, Holly Humberstone’s stands out: ‘Cruel World’ has entered the top 4 in the United Kingdom and has registered discrete entries in Germany (46), Belgium (49) and Austria (65), but Spain continues to ignore her proposal.
