La Renga, double concert in Barcelona in May

The legendary Argentine band La Rengaonce again demonstrates its drawing power with a European tour and a double concert in Barcelona next May.

One of the most influential names in Latin American rock is already generating extraordinary expectations with his upcoming European tour. The group is known for filling stadiums in their country and for their legion of loyal followers. And now they cross the pond with several key dates, including a double concert in Barcelona and a visit to Tenerife.

The rock band led by Gustavo “Chizzo” Nápoli (vocals and guitar) and Gabriel “Tete” Iglesias (bass) has been active since the late eighties and, since then, they have published such successful albums as “Dodging puddles” (91), “Where life takes me…” (94), “La Renga” (98), “Some lightning” (10) or “Away from the network” (22), among many others. Last year they released the album live “It only takes a world to go around”.

The relationship with the European public is not new, but this time the band doubles down with a route that combines large venues and very special events. On this brief European tour, the rock band will visit cities such as Berlin and Copenhagen, with three stops in our country. On the one hand, the May 27 will be performing in Tenerife (Xanadu) next to Evaristowhile, on the other, they will offer two performances in Barcelonaspecifically the May 17 and May 31 in it Poble Espanyol.
