Metallica will offer eight shows with the Sphere in Las Vegas

After months of rumors about it, the metal band Metallica has officially announced his long-awaited residency in the Las Vegas Sphere. It will be next October.

The Californian band will perform, for now, eight concerts in October under the name “Life Burns Faster”with the possibility of adding more dates according to demand. The confirmed dates for now are October 1, 3, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29 and 31. Following the policy of “No Repeat Weekend” premiered on his tour “M72 World Tour”the band will play completely different repertoires in each pair of concerts, without repeating songs between Thursday and Saturday nights.

The drummer of the quartet, Lars Ulrichhas stated that the idea of ​​offering these concerts began to take shape after attending the debut of U2 in 2023: “Twelve seconds later I knew we had to do it. It’s uncharted territory for us and an opportunity to reinvent the live experience.”

Tickets for packages “No Repeat Weekend” and for individual nights they will be on sale on March 6 at 7:00 p.m. (CET in Spain)with prior registration now available.

This residency joins the continuation of the world tour “M72”whose new European stage will begin in May with stops in cities such as Frankfurt, Glasgow and Zurich.
