Zayn’s hint to Harry Styles about “expensive tickets”

After mourning Liam Payne, the members of One Direction are once again focusing on their solo careers. Liam Tomlinson has just released an album, Harry Styles has announced his, Niall Horan will release a single on February 6 and Zayn Malik has started his concert residency in Las Vegas these days.

It was in the capital of Nevada where Zayn took a curious dig at Harry Styles, or so the artist’s fans claim.

The high prices of tickets for Harry Styles’ tour, which range between 50 and 530 euros, and the controversial dynamic sales system, have put Harry in the spotlight, and Zayn has not missed the opportunity to -apparently- send him a veiled message: “Who here is from Las Vegas?” Who come from another place? I just want to say a huge thank you for being here with me tonight… I hope the ticket prices weren’t too high, I’m saying that by the way!

Although Zayn does not directly mention Styles, no one will find his words casual, since they were both bandmates and the coincidence between his statements and the Styles ticket controversy is too obvious.

NME has pointed out that, compared to Styles’ ticket prices, tickets to see Zayn in Las Vegas cost “between €79 and €190”, although there are some “Premium” tickets that go up to €400. The most expensive “Verified Resale” ticket amounts to just over 500 euros.
