Zahara announces album for 2025, ‘Lento Ternura’

Zahara has announced that her new album, ‘Lento Ternura’, will go on sale in 2025. It will be the long-awaited successor to ‘PUTA’, the Best Album of 2021 for JENESAISPOP.

In response to an Instagram comment, Zahara has also confirmed that the first single from ‘Lento Ternura’ will be released before the end of 2024.

In the trailer for ‘Lento Ternura’ Zahara recites a description of the album, accompanied by a piano chord: «It is not a speed nor an emotion, it is not a place to flee to nor a goal to achieve, it is not something you can buy , inherit or possess. It is not a speed or an emotion, it is standing still for a while, the beauty and the dirt, it is the nap on the carpet and pure ecstasy, it is feeding the wild cat. It is not a speed nor an emotion: It is slow tenderness.

During her time on the JENESAISPOP podcast Revelación o timo, in 2022, Zahara gave a clue about her next artistic steps: «Trying to surpass or emulate ‘PUTA’ would be a mistake. But I’m already doing things. I want to work on the production much more from myself and for Martí to come later. And I have learned to speak my tongue completely. There is a song that… my goodness, that is very hard (…) but it has more humor. “Now I am there.”

We remind you that Zahara will present ‘Lento Ternura’ at the next edition of SanSan 2025, where he is one of the confirmed headliners.

Zahara, on the other hand, has just returned to the musical news through ‘Liturgia’, her duet with Samantha Hudson.
