Yung Rajola releases “Famós Català”, his new single in collaboration with Sexenniwhich will be part of their third album. A combination of hot sounds and urban sounds.
“Famós Català” is a collaboration between the artist and the group that shows a critical, and somewhat satirical, reading of the reality of the Catalan cultural panorama. Produced by Pep Saulaa member of Sexenni and frequent collaborator of Rajola, the song combines elements of cumbia, pop and urban music. The single is accompanied by a video clip directed by Alex Alcaldein which the precariousness of the Catalan artistic circuit is shown, in an exaggerated and fun way. This song will be part of Yung Rajola’s third album, which will be released soon.
Yung Rajola is a rapper and multidisciplinary artist born in Lleida. Additionally, he is a member of the collective Trap With Moderationalong with D.Mos, Marc Vi and Àlex Alcalde, with whom he has published various singles. His first album, “COR TRENCAT” (21) includes collaborations with Sr.Chen or Lildami, among others. Now he is preparing for the launch of his third full-length, which will be released soon.
On the other hand, Sexenni is a Catalan musical group known for its fresh and energetic style within contemporary pop. The band is made up of Xavi Pons, Andrés Sánchez, Pep Saula, Albert Melción, Roc Bellostas, Marc Monclús and Ricard Perpinyà. His songs combine his own compositions with collaborations and, sometimes, include social satire and humorous criticism.
