Yo La Tengo, Johnny Jewel… in Spring at the City 2024

Primavera Sound has revealed the poster for Primavera a la Ciutat, the always interesting Primavera Sound musical program that takes place parallel to the festival spread across different venues and venues in Barcelona. JENESAISPOP is a half collaborator of Primavera Sound for another year.

If Primavera Sound will take place from May 29 to June 2, the Primavera en la Ciutat concerts can be enjoyed from May 27 to June 2 at Sala Apolo, La (2) de Apolo, Razzmatazz, Paral· lel 62, La Nau and LAUT.

Among the names of Primavera a la Ciutat, Yo La Tengo stands out “playing covers” and The Chameleons, American Football, The Lemon Twigs, authors of one of the best albums of 2023, also head the program; Dorian Electra, He Killed a Motor Cop, The Mountain Goats and even two names associated with Italians Do It Better, Johnny Jewel himself and Desire. A crossed out headliner would remain to be confirmed on the 29th.

Also confirmed are Abstract Concrete, Model/Actriz, Les Favy Sav, Armand Hammer, Sandra Monfort, Royel Otis, TRISTAN, Water from Your Eyes or Mandy, Indiana.

Access to the Spring concerts at the City is subject to capacity limitations and will operate with a reservation system for season ticket holders for a refundable amount of 10 euros. In addition, a small number of tickets will be on sale for all those people who do not have a season ticket. The reservation and ticket sales process will be enabled soon.
