WOP Festival presents its XIV edition

The Santana 27 hall in Bilbao will host a new event on Saturday, October 12 with WOP Festivalorganized by the foundation The Walk On Project.

The new edition of the festival organized by the association will be held on October 12 The Walk On Projectwith its tireless and meritorious work aimed at raising funds for the search for curative therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. This year, the event will take place in the Santana 27 hall in Bilbao and will be headed by The Last Internationalethe powerful American rock band formed by New York guitarist Edgey Pires and vocalist Delila Paz. The American duo’s incendiary rock will be accompanied by the band of Cantabrian origin, now based in Madrid, Los Estanques, and two bands from Bilbao: Mikel Renteria & The Walk On Project Bandthe musical project headed by the founder of WOP (who released his fifth album last year), and Amann and the Wayward Sonsa Bilbao group led by Pablo Amann, who also published their latest album last year “When the day goes slow”.

This new edition, the fourteenth, comes after last year’s event, which was held at the Euskalduna Palace and whose line-up was headed by performances by three leading Basque rock groups: Delirium tremens, The Doctor’s Wish (aka Doctor Desire) and Kokein.
