The Bilbao band Sleet shows us in images the last song that will be included in his debut album.
The Bilbao quintet Sleet He continues to show little by little the songs that will make up his first album. After “I don’t exist”, “My friends” and “the most shooting star”, at the beginning of the month he released his fourth single, “Pobre Diablo”. A series of questions arise here: what has become of those enormous capacities that, they said, we had as children? Have we disappointed our loved ones and ourselves? Can one miss one’s own destiny? There is room for hope and struggle…
Sleet is a pop-rock band led by Iñigo López Agudo, a veteran musician who has played in groups such as Quaoar and James Room, along with Aitor Zorriketa (guitar and backing vocals – Mississippi Queen and Quaoar -); Jorge Gascón (bass and backing vocals – Old Days Dawn, Al Style-), Ander Pena (drums – Withredd-) and Nacho Soto (keyboards – Jon Maia, Idoia Asurmendi-). Between July and November 2024 they have published their first four singles. Their music, which can be reminiscent of groups like Izal or Viva Sweden, can equally sign an introspective anthem alluding to the highest feeling of the human being, or throw a party on stage with its ironic and irreverent humour.
