Far Kif have as one of their main objectives the “proposing and carrying out collective rituals that instead of moving away from social transformation, make us want to be part of it. Rituals that make us be consumed by fire and push us to action.” Hence, as the group emphasizes, this song that we today release “a mica of Son”, supposes the “assumption of contradiction. Ask ourselves to the reason why we do things is the first step towards improvement as a species. Sometimes it should be remembered that the human being needs to get high, evade, to overcome the anguish of living in that reality that we are building. Drug continues to be grinding and we continue to do so.
In the video clip we find some characters that with music and body immerse themselves in a ritual through which they are empowered to carry out an action.
Far Kif are born as a band in the summer of 2023, gathering musicians from Cardona and Solsona, who signs Jaco, the only non -musician as a vocalist and the only one from Barcelona. The group is made up of Valentí (guitar), who has been part of Ska, Punk and Post-Punk bands since he was just a teenager; Ramón (drums), producer and musician who has been part of bands such as the ABSENT, seventh to or Juanjo Skalari & La Rude Band; Sanders (guitar), Luthier and musician with various musical projects and companion of Valentí and Ramón in seventh A; Willow (bass), founder and collide of over my cat, among other formations; and finally Jaco (voice), who defines himself as non-military and participant of the libertarian movement.
