The Vallecanos Not satisfied release “Our War”, the band's first single after finishing the tour of their fourth album in 2022, “From every idea a hurricane”.
This song takes us through the personal and vital journey that social constructs themselves drag us on. The desire for freedom, the dream of living against the current and writing our own existence are quickly being buried by everyday life. And it is in that battle, our day-to-day war to become ourselves again and rediscover our essence, when something takes us out of the maelstrom and makes us look back: other faces, other names, another time that is left behind and never To return to.
And “Our War” is inspired by something more than simple nostalgia: it is the perfect mix between authentic saudade and the rage felt by those who are certain that life is marching on never to return.
This track has been produced again by Tony López (Ska-P) and recorded and mixed by Alex Capa in the Metropol Studios (Shinova, Vita Imana, Toundra, Izal, Hamlet, C Tangana, etc.) from Madrid.
The video clip has been shot and directed by The Purezza Del Quartiere at the beginning of this year and has the collaboration of Pul-Pulsinger of Ska-P.
