We premiere “Gaztazarra”, a preview of Arima Sutan’s new album

The Navarrese metal trio Arima Sutan will release his third album in autumn “Gold is gold” after 15 years of hiatus.

The band Arima Sutan is back after fifteen years of inactivity. The trio formed by Iker Zia, vocals and bass (The Icer Company), Eneko Zabalza, vocals and guitar (Virenque, ex-Izaki Gardenak) and Arkaitz Ezkai, drums (The Icer Company, ex-Izaki Gardenak, Reyes), presents us with the first song in advance of what will be their return album.

Behind the discs “Marratik kanpo margotzen” (2008, self-published) and “Maskarak” (2009, self-published), the Navarrese have recorded with the producer Adrian Vallejo (MUSIIKKI Studios) the third, “Gold is gold” (2024, self-released), together with guitarist Alex Ros. The album will be released in early autumn and the presentation dates will start at the end of said season (with dates to be announced during the same autumn). This new release is composed of 7 songs in which the influence of groups such as Mastodon, Gojira or Kvelertak can be appreciated, but without leaving aside the melodic aspect. It will also include an updated version of the song “Ezekiel” by the group Itoiz, as a gem.

We leave you with “Gaztazarra”, a song that the band dedicates directly to one of the “untouchable journalists” of the region.
