Bengothat is, the musician’s personal project Aitor Bengoetxeapresents us with the second preview of his second album, produced by Julen Aduriz (Ergobia) and Yeray Lizarazu.
“Ez da betiko” is the second cut of what will be the new album by Oiartzun musician Aitor Bengoetxea with his project Bengo. The song represents a break with everything that came before and together with “Beste Behin”, they form the beginning of a more mature and personal stage for the artist. The Gipuzkoan tries to convey the story of a person who is experiencing a complicated situation. The situation in which the protagonist finds himself is the consequence of an emotional loop that has been going on for a long time and which he knows that sooner or later he will have to face. As for the sound, urban pop and electronics (with breaks rhythms and Drum n’ bass) travel together in the song.
The song has been produced by Julen Aduriz (Ergobia) and Yeray Lizarazu in a small place in Oiartzun, and mixed and mastered by Eñaut Gaztañaga at Gaztain Estudioak (Zestoa). The video clip has been directed and edited by Rita Gratacós (Barcelona) and recorded between Orio and Oiartzun (Gipuzkoa).
Bengo, that is, the Oiartzun musician Aitor Bengoetxea, premiered in 2021 with the EP “4 Taupada” and in 2022 he published several songs on digital platforms. At the beginning of 2023 he published his first album ““Bizirik” (Gaztea Award for best new artist), composed of eight songs. This latest work is more varied than the previous one and since its publication it has been featured in many festivals, theatres and corners of Euskal Herria under the title ‘Bizirik Bira’, which will run until the end of 2024.
