During his performance at the Download Metal Festival of this past weekend, Wayne Lozinak, known for being a Hatebreed guitarist, suffered a series of worrying symptoms that resulted in an emergency visit to medical facilities shortly after. The result has been that a brain tumor has been diagnosed, which has had to urgently fly to the United States for an emergency operation. From what it seems it is not a malignant tumor, but a tumor that had been suffering for several years without having been previously diagnosed.
The band is in the midst of its festivals and concert tour in the United Kingdom, a country where they will perform both next to Slayer as alone. And the decision they have made has been that the bassist Matt Bachand occupying the position of guitarist and signing urgently Karlof the band First Bloodto occupy the bassist post according to the group on social networks.
