WARM UP Estrella de Levante presents, after hanging the sold out sign on the two days of its festival, the free parallel programming We are Murcia 2024. An event that once again fills the city with all kinds of cultural activities during the festival week in different spaces such as the Film Librarythe REM room, music either Beat Club Garage.
Among the artists who will be part of the programming of We are Murcia During the festival week there are Dengue Dengue Dengue, Look Paula, Don Fluor, The Dianas, Medal and Alequi.
Look Paula It is the Alicante project Paula Ruiz. After a journey through different artistic projects, in 2022 he releases his first EP “Oh la la”a mix of electronic indie pop songs with a French and nineties touch and next Tuesday April 30th will reach the Revolver Room to fill your stage within the framework of We are Murcia. This same day, Dengue Dengue Dengue will arrive with their electronic music, through which they explore Amazonian cumbia and psychedelic rhythms in their own way, to the Mamba Room. But this will not be the only surprise at the Murcia venue: they will open it at night Viscopafwhich travel from the indie of the 80s/90s to the disco sound of the 70s, passing through current R&B and dreampop.
The DJ Don Fluor puts the musical note at the beginning of the month of May, on day 1 in the living room district 13. But it won't be until Thursday May 2 that there will be a triple date with live music. From Grenade, The Dianas will go on stage REM room with its catchy and hard-hitting songs, while in Beat Club Garagethe appointment will be with the Barcelonans Medal. Finally, Alequicomposer, singer, lyricist and graphic designer, will close the musical meetings for this Thursday at the Music Room.
Within We are Music There is also the programming of the Plaza de los Apóstoles and Plaza Julián Romea with Ruto Neón, The Limboos, Querido, El Último Vecino, Los Marañones, Kate Clover, Mala Cotton, Ángel Carmona, Repion, Fran Laoren, Oddliquor or Chill Chicos. All of them will act distributed among the different locations that are part of the parallel organization, and above all they will give life to the city squares during on May 4 and 5bringing live music to all audiences.
Furthermore, in the Estrella de Levante Tasting Room in Espinardowill take place Secret Show Estrella de Levantewith a top-notch band whose name will not be revealed until the moment they take the stage.
The activities continue to focus on culture with a complete film programme.
