Violent Magic Orchestra and Talpah, joint album in February

EXO SWAG KILLA” is the album that Violent Magic Orchestra and Talpah have created together, and will see the light next February 27.

The Japanese avant-garde collective and the Italian producer have joined forces on a collaborative album titled “EXO SWAG KILLA”, which will be released on February 27 via the Berlin label Transatlantic. Along with this announcement, both have shared the first single that previews the album: “Cruxxxified Friendz†††”, which is accompanied by a video clip directed by Kezzardrix. What began as a live convergence between the collective and the producer has evolved into a fully realized collaborative project, culminating in the creation of a joint album.

Violent Magic Orchestra is an extreme artistic project that fuses electronic music, black metal and an immersive audiovisual performance in a unique and overwhelming experience, with visual effects, smoke and strobe lights. Recognized as one of the most intense live collectives of the contemporary experimental scene, they have performed at important international festivals, such as Sónar, Roskilde, Le Guess Who?, Roadburn, Brutal Assault and CTM Festival, among others.

On the other hand, Talpah moves in the realm of radical sound deconstruction. Through releases on platforms such as Opal Tapes, Never Sleep and Hundebiss, his work explores fractured rhythms, glitches and complex electronic architectures.
