Booming in recent months thanks to the release of 'The Vince Staples Show' on Netflix, the Californian rapper is at his best. “I've prayed for days like these,” he intones on the single from his new LP. “Eleven years ago, a young and uncertain version of me received an opportunity with Def Jam Recordings,” begins his statement on networks to inform about the release of 'Dark Times' and the end of his contract with Rick Rubin's record label.
