The multi-award-winning musical duo formed by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross has taken the Golden Globe for the soundtrack for the film “Challengers” (released in Spain under the name of “Rivals”).
The career of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross as composers of soundtracks in parallel to that of Nine Inch Nails It continues to give them excellent results. This time they won the Golden Globe for Best Score in the United States for their work on the film. “Challengers”known in our country as “Rivals” and directed by Luca Guadagnino.
The award was presented by Brandi Carlile and Elton John –who showed live his approval of the award to Reznor and Ross–. It is the third time that the members of Nine Inch Nails have won a Golden Globe after being awarded in 2011 for “The Social Network” and in 2021 by “Soul”.
“Rivals” is a film released in 2024 and directed by Luca Guadagnino (“Call Me By Your Name”, “Suspiria”, “Queer”) which has Zendaya, Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist as protagonists.
