The Weeknd announces release date for ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’

The Weeknd has confirmed the release date for his new album, ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’. It will be the last part of the trilogy that began with ‘After Hours’ and continued with ‘Dawn FM’. This will be available from January 24, 2025, as indicated by the artist himself in Instagram Stories.

Abel Tesfaye has released, so far, three singles from the album: ‘Dancing in the Flames’, ‘Timeless’ with Playboi Carti and ‘São Paulo’ with Anitta. The most successful of these was the one he shared with Carti, which reached number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. Each of these has a different style, so we don’t really know what the singer will offer on the full album.

As an accompaniment to the album, ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’ will also come with a psychological thriller of the same name starring Jenna Ortega, Barry Keoghan and Abel himself. The singer, along with Oneohtrix Point Never, will be in charge of the soundtrack.
