The Red Room launches a new version of “The best years of our lives”

This new version of the classic song by the Valencians represents the first preview of the next album by The Red Rooman album that will serve to commemorate their 30th anniversary

Shortly after releasing his first album in 1998, The Red Room they composed “The best years of our lives.” From the first moment, the song became one of the band’s favorites, closing each concert with those bright chords loaded with emotion. Now, almost 30 years later, The Red Room revisits this special song through a new prism to give it new life and thus commemorate his long and celebrated career in music.

In “The best years of our lives” loneliness, loss and disappointment are mixed in lyrics that speak of the frustration of unmet expectations. Of things that make us not realize that there were moments in our lives, even some of the best, in which we were happy without being aware of it. In this new version, the song maintains that crescendo essence of the original, making it even more powerful. The guitar riffs give strength and greatness to the song, elevating that iconic final appendage to the category of anthem.
