Sonar 2026 completes its programming with more than sixty new performances and reveals more details about the new format. And, again, there are artists for all types of electronic fans.
The legendary British band, The Prodigy, along with other figures of electronic music such as Speedy J with their 360º STOOR format, they join the list of artists who will star in the 33rd edition of the festival. Line-up that will feature old acquaintances from the festival and many new school faces.
The Sónar 2026 musical program will be held entirely at Fira Gran Via, and will have four stages on Thursday, June 18, and with six on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20. Three of them outdoors and three indoors. The entire festival has been redesigned to improve the audience and artist experience.
In addition to The Prodigy and Speedy Jhighlights the additions of the new show R2 (b2b AI, Holographic AV) from the Dutch Reinier Zonneveld along with an AI trained with its own music. The intergenerational union of FJAAK and Kittin or the shows Metrika and Miss Bashful. We will also have new faces of clubbing such as Sara Landry, Daria Kolosova or SALOME.
Sónar+D will also completely evolve in 2026. The new headquarters will take place in Llotja de Mar. The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18 and Friday, June 19, with activities in the morning and afternoon. Sónar+D has opened its Open Call to projects, prototypes or specific products that explore art, creativity and technology. It will also have a presence at the festival itself with an immersive installation and presence in all spaces of the venue.
