The film is the result of a collective work between Mario, Lucas and Sepiaand in it Leiva shows us in the first person the “spiral of vital frenetism that crosses.” Along the way he suffers an irreversible problem in a vocal rope that challenges his present and his future as an artist, hence the title of the film. “Until I stay without voice” It will have its long set at the San Sebastián Festival (from September 19 to 27) with its projection in the spectacular velodrome of Anoeta. “Until I stay without voice” It has been produced by Blur, a producer closely linked to Leiva’s career from his first video clips, and faces us to the artist’s challenges on his 2023 tour and in the recording of his album “Giant”. We will also know the burden of an accident that marked life in his adolescence, his beginnings, his neighborhood, his friends and family, his beginnings with laziness, the end of the band and his reunion with Rubén Pozo. He will also show the close family and professional relationship with his intimate friend Joaquín Sabina, among others.
We will witness “the contradictions that accompany the artist: the hook to constant frenetism and the need to withdraw long seasons to his house in the mountain to disappear from the public and reestablish the things that break when you are under everyone’s eyes.”
