The Cantabrian Group The ponds and Jerez’s canijo They will publish a joint album entitled “Luna, you take me”, available from the June 9. After advances such as “The murmur of dogs”, both artists again collaborate with this new project.
You can already hear three songs from the album: “Luna, you take me”, “The murmur of the dogs” and “Lacrime di Piombo Fuso”. The project unites psychedelic rock with pop touches of The ponds With flamenco-rock of Jerez’s canijoalso known for its passage through the group The crimes. In joint statements, both musicians explain that the album is a tribute to the “broken hair” of the seventies, linked to groups such as The chichos, the chunguitos, the Greezes and the chorbos.
