The Barcelona psychedelic pop band The Negatives will arrive in the Leonese capital to celebrate, exclusively, the 40th anniversary of his legendary album “Piknik Caleidoscopic”.
He Purple Weekend Estrella Galicia 2026 has announced the first name that will be part of the poster with which the festival will reach its 37th edition. The Negativesthe psychedelic pop band that emerged in pre-Olympic Barcelona, will arrive in the Leonese capital to exclusively celebrate the 40th anniversary of “Kaleidoscopic Piknik”his legendary first LP in which psychedelia, rock, garage, beat and folk-rock of the sixties came together. It will, therefore, be the only date in Spain for the Catalan combo.
“Kaleidoscopic Piknik” It has been a benchmark of state psychedelic pop since it was originally published in 1986. Many years later, in 2005, it was recovered and reissued by the label Mushroom Pillow.
He Tracks Space will host all the concerts of this edition, thus centralizing the musical offering of the PW26.
