The musical protest of liquid love and petunias

The Punk Love Liquid Band has launched a split in the Castanya with the petunias composed of two themes. They are ‘Baila’, published last June, and ‘I will not be a star’, present among the news of the week and our song of the day today.

“I will not be a star if you do not fucking me” is the chilling chillus to the riot-rrrl of this manazo de punk, in which some virguería of production in humor has fit. Especially that effect of the voice in “viral-al-al”.

And it is that ‘I will not be a star’ is a song protest against the music industry, in which liquid love and petunias rebel against the slavery that entails. The letter loads, among other things, against statistics and tops of the year. “I don’t want to compose thinking about the world,” he says, and at another time he adds: “This was a dream and has become a nightmare.”

Liquid love launched their homonym album, which contained songs like ‘Look’, ‘to see who lies more’ or a duo with Yellow Jimena, although it could be the one who now finalize the one that makes them take a leap in popularity.
