The legendary Barcelona El Molino reopens its doors

The mythical The Millone of the most traditional venues in the city and inactive for a few years, will return to full activity starting November 1 and with a stable program.

Those responsible for the Cruïlla festival will be in charge, over the next four years, of managing and giving new life to El Molino, one of the must-sees of the bohemian Barcelona of past decades and one of the epicenters that turned the Parallel into one of the Fundamental streets for the night in Barcelona.

After some attempts to turn it into a new center of cultural interest, it now seems that things are getting serious. Without going any further, the programming for the entire month has already been announced. A stylistically diverse program that will allow us to listen to jazz, flamenco or electronic folk. Among the scheduled concerts are The Kahil El’Zabar Quartet (Friday, November 1 and 8), Cursed Songs (Saturday November 2), Dorian Wood (Sunday, November 3), Eliane Elias (Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 November), Keyon Harrold (Sunday the 17th), the drummer The Smile Tom Skinner (Saturday, November 23) and the presentation of the debut album of Sword Master (Thursday, November 21), among others.

And later on, names like those of Oren Ambarchi, Marala, Bill Frisell Trio, Eliades Ochoa, Fatoumata Diawara and many more.

In any case, welcome back to the room. Oh, and November tickets are now available at www.elmolinobarcelona.com. And above all, remember that this is a venue with reduced capacity, where you can enjoy close to the concerts.
