El País exclusively confirms what was an open secret in the rumor mill. After 13 years of relationship, Javier Ambrossi (Madrid, 41 years old) and Javier Calvo (Murcia, 34 years old) have broken up as a couple. However, they will continue working as a professional couple.
We are currently seeing them as judges on ‘Drag Race Spain’ and they are filming the film ‘La pelota negra’. Last week the bulk of the film finished filming, with some small parts missing.
According to El País, they will continue to be a creative couple. The newspaper indicates, citing its source, that “they will maintain all the professional commitments they have in common, continuing their creative collaboration and maintaining their union in the future professional projects they have underway and in those that will arrive.” According to this source, “they are working together better than ever” and it is stated that ‘La bola negra’ is the “most beautiful project of their life.”
This Monday, only Calvo could be seen in a gag from ‘La Revuelta’, the neighborhood meeting that was set up as a “welcome” to Rosalía. Almodóvar, Manuela Carmena, Carmen Machi and La Zowi participated in it. But at no time was Ambrossi seen. It is unknown who will keep the house that they had bought together and on which they had worked for 3 years and in 2024 they showed it to an architecture and decoration magazine.
‘The Black Ball’ stars Guitarricadelafuente and features Miguel Bernardeau (‘Querer’), Carlos González (‘Mariliendre’), Lola Dueñas and a role intended for Penélope Cruz. Plus, there’s a cameo by Glenn Close.
