The Hives will present their new album in Madrid and Barcelona

The Hives have revealed the arrival of their seventh album, titled ‘The Hives Forever Forever The Hives’. This will be available from August 29, but ‘Aough is angouch’, the first advance, is already on all platforms. The Swedish quintet has also announced a world tour that will pass through Madrid and Barcelona at the end of the year.

These will perform on November 1 at the Sant Jordi Club of Barcelona and the next day, on November 2, at the Movistar Arena in Madrid. The general sale of tickets will be active from Friday, April 11 at 10 am at Livenation.es, Ticketmaster and El Corte Inglés.

The successor of ‘The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons’ was recorded under the direction of the group’s usual collaborator, Pelle Gunnerfeldt, but has also had two great guests in their creative process.

One of them is Mike D of the Beastie Boys, who welcomed the group in his studio on the coast of Malibu to work on what the press release describes as “Magnum Opus.” The other collaborator is Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age, who “gave them his advice.”
