The Festiva Sinsal SON Estrella Galicia publishes the San Simón Sessions

The recordings of the San Simón Sessions were recorded during the last edition of the festival Sinsal SON Estrella Galicia with the ancestral technique of the wax cylinder and include themes from the Japanese Ichiko Aoba, Lapili, Maestro Espada, Clarissa Connelly or Haya Zaatey inter alia.

The festival Sinsal SON Estrella Galicia will announce, this Thursday, December 5, the first San Simón Sessions recorded with the bands and soloists that participated in its last edition. This is one of the parallel activities carried out by the festival, which consists of the live recording of songs in a wax cylinder under the supervision of Alex Kolkowski. Among the artists who recorded with this ancient technique are the Japanese Ichiko Sobathe Murcians Sword Master or La Mancha Lapiliin addition to Brìghde Chaimbeul, Clarissa Connelly, Clau, Phantasmage, Isius either Maria Reis and Glockenwise.

The result can be heard starting this Thursday at www.sinsalaudio.es, where the videos of the sessions shot by the filmmaker will also be available. Alex Cancelo.
