The electronics of Los Eclipses convince in Spanish and French

Los Eclipses are the hypnotic electronic music duo formed by French singer Eva de Marce and Mexican producer Dan Solo. Their names aren’t the only thing that’s cool about them. In addition to being recommended by Empire of the Sun, Los Eclipses have also opened for artists such as Polo & Pan, Underworld or Delaporte. Now, they are preparing their first headline concerts in Spain.

The duo’s debut, released in 2024 under the name ‘Eden Sauvage’ (‘Wild Edén’), also serves as a compilation of all the music published up to that point. Therefore, we find a little bit of everything, with the raver track-breaker of ‘Sauvage’, the folkloric and psychedelic touch of ‘La Cumbia de los Corazones Rotos’ or ‘Mientras Tanto’, the biggest song of his career and, at the same time, his first single.

The Song of the Day is ‘Elodie’, an atmospheric song that captures you from the first moment thanks to its haunting synthesizers. The Eclipses have songs in English, Spanish and French, as is the case with our choice today: “You are very beautiful in the night, Elodie / You are an art form / The most beautiful art form,” Eva de Marce sings in the chorus.

We can expect that ‘Elodie’ will be one of the songs played at the Los Eclipses concert at the Vesta hall in Madrid, on November 26. The duo will not only perform in the capital, but also in Valencia (November 27, Loco Club) and Barcelona (November 28, Casa Elizalde). Tickets now on sale.
