The crimes, anniversary concert of their first album

After fifteen years without stepping on the stages, The crimes They will return to the big one in April next year with a special concert in Madrid to celebrate the twenty -five years of their first album.

The crimes They were one of the most important groups in our country based on combining rock, blues, reggae, rumba and even funk, shaping a formula that drank from its great references, Poison. Although they began their career in 1998 in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), they did not publish their first album until 2001, “The tick feeling that the flowers bring us”which will celebrate its twenty anniversary in 2026.

To celebrate it, the band will meet to return to the stage fifteen years after their last performance together. It will be the April 24, 2026 at the Movistar Arena in Madrid. In this performance they will not only interpret themes of that album, but will also review their career and pay tribute to their latest original companion, Miguel Ángel Benítezwho died in 2004 at the age of twenty -one while sleeping. After their death, the crimes continued, captained by the Canijo de Jerez and Diego “Mouse” Pozo, publishing discs and turning until their dissolution in 2012. Throughout their career they collaborated with artists as important as Kiko Veneno, Tomasito, Raimundo Amador, Baby or Remedios Amaya.
