The complaint against Madonna for leaving late at her concerts is withdrawn

Michael Fellow and Jonathan Hadden, who sued Madonna earlier this year for “breach of contract, false advertising, negligent misrepresentation and unfair and deceptive business practices” after arriving late to her concerts, have withdrawn the complaint.

According to TMZ, it was the complainants themselves who backed down from the lawsuit, for unknown reasons. It has also been revealed that they did not reach any type of agreement with the singer, despite the fact that in a situation like this it is normal for this to happen. On average, the author of ‘Music’ took between 45 and 120 minutes too long to go on stage, a constant since her 2012 tour, ‘MDNA Tour’.
