The Book Music Festival announces its performances

Weeks after announcing what will be its first edition, the Barcelona native Book Music Festival shares the list of performances that will be part of its programming beyond the fair.

He Book Music Festival It will be the first musical literature fair in Catalonia, an event focused on musical books published in our country. The event will feature most of the specialized publishers in the territory.

The fair will be held throughout the February 21, 22 and 23 in different public and private spaces in the city of Barcelona. There will be talks, debates, book presentations, stands from all the specialized publishers in our country, the presence of authors, signings and even performances and DJ sessions. The artists who will participate in this festival are Joana Serrat, Koko-Jean & The Tonics, Grabu Live, Dj Axel (the drummer of Sidonie acting as a DJ)The Vil Veins, “Seed” Marina & Gerard Sala and Vicenç Altaió.

But in addition to the fair, there will be many other activities. The weekend of February 22 and 23, Fabra and Coats will host the Musical Book Fair –both used and new–, with activities related to musical books, such as presentations, debates, round tables and DJs, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. In addition, both Saturday and Sunday, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., there will be paid concerts. The Ignasi Iglesias Librarylocated in the grounds of the Fabra and Coatswill host debates and round tables throughout Saturday, February 22, and there will also be free concerts that same day, although times are to be confirmed.
