The Black Crowes share two songs from “A Pound Of Feathers”

They say it is their most ambitious album. Whether it is like this or not, we can now hear the first two singles from “A Pound Of Feathers”which will be the new job of The Black Crowes.

“A Pound Of Feathers” will see the light next March 13 and its authors say that it is their most ambitious work to date. While waiting to hear the total of eleven songs that it will include, we can hear the first two singles from the album.

“Profane Prophecy” and “Pharmacy Chronicles” are now available on platforms and show two different sides of what will be their new work, which will be published via Silver Arrow Records with production by Jay Joyce. The album will combine blues, soul and the usual rock and roll of the Robinson brothers’ band. And it is also newsworthy that, in the words of Chris Robinson, they were so inspired that they recorded all the songs in less than ten days.

“A Pound Of Feathers” will include the songs “Profane Prophecy”, “Cruel Streak”, “Pharmacy Chronicles”, “Do The Parasite!”, “High And Lonesome”, “Queen Of The B-Sides”, “It’s Like That”, “Blood Red Regrets”, “You Call This A Good Time”, “Eros Blues” and “Doomsday Doggerel”.
