The Beatles and Mecano, on the Spanish sales list

The success of the Beatles’ final song has also been reflected in our country, since the song had a great entry in Singles Spain. However, this success now moves to the album chart, as the group has added the song to their album ‘1967-1970’. The Beatles, in this way, enter the tenth position on the list. However, that is not the only Beatles album that makes the list: at number 23, the group includes their album ‘1962-1966’.

On the other hand, Melendi reaches number 1 of the week with ’20 Years Without News’, a tribute to his 20-year musical career. The artist has sung his greatest hits with colleagues in the industry who have inspired him, such as Manuel Carrasco, David Bisbal, India Martínez, Rosario or Taburete.

Further down, in position 6, Stray Kids continues to contribute to the rise of K-pop and enjoys a good debut in Spain with ‘Rock-Star’. Along with the group, Ysy A with ‘El After del After’ and B10 with his ‘Resilience’ complete the top 10, in position 37 and 46 respectively.

Regarding the rest of the entries, New Order sneaks in a reissue of ‘Substance’ at number 55. Then Mecano appears with five of his albums, ‘Mecano’ at number 64, ‘Entre El Cielo Y El Suelo’ at number 67, ‘ Aidalai’ at number 78, ‘Descanso Dominical’ at number 91 and ‘Ya Come El Sol’ at number 100, thanks to their recently released vinyl reissues. There is only one left to enter, ‘Where Fairyland Is’.

The last two entries of the week are ‘Drama’ by Aespa in position 79 and ‘El Rey del Dembow’ by El Alfa in position 94. Rels B with their ‘Afrolova’ rises to position 30 and becomes the album who achieved the greatest increase in sales this week thanks to his concert in Barcelona and his closing tour in Madrid.
