Has been released through 3cat and Canal33 (Sundays 21: 55h) “Tempo”a docuserie that immerses us in the world of music in Catalonia through eight chapters already available. Among the protagonists we will meet musicians, filmmakers, photographers and even those responsible for Mondo Sonoro.
Presented by the actress and singer Yolanda Sey –The Sey Sisters-, “Tempo” It consists of eight chapters that discover us different agents of the world of music in Catalonia. Promoted by the Catalan Academia of Music, “Tempo” It approaches musicians like Queralt Lahoz, Albert Marquès, B1N0, Joan Dausà, Ludwig Band, Maria Jaume either Cala Vento; media as Mondo Sonoro, Icat either Ràdio Primavera Sound; and other actors such as Pyrineu folk Escolathe educational project Cantàniathe collective Versembrantrecording studies Ultramarine Costa Bravathe film director Kike Millo or the photographer Silvia Pochamong many others.
We also attend cultural and musical events of various dimensions and orientation such as VOODOO CLUB, a killer d’On Orquestra, the Musol Festival or even a concert of Tow. In this way, we immerse ourselves in the diversity, wealth and plurality of the music sector in Catalonia.
There are also two special sections in each episode. On the one hand “Jukebox de …” in which they participate Maria Jaume, Child of Elche, Elena Gadel or Cala Ventoand on the other “L’anecdotari de l’Ane Polo”in which the journalist and humorist Ana Polo discovers us curious moments in the history of music.
