The British psychedelic band Temples is news twice over. On the one hand because he will publish a remix EP of his first album and, on the other, because within the celebrations of the tenth anniversary of “Sun Structures” will visit our country again.
In February 2014, “Sun Structures” was the acclaimed debut full-length album by British psychedelic band Temples, or rather neo-psychedelia. Throughout its runtime, James Bagshaw, Tom Walmsley, Adam Smith and Rens Ottink showed their full potential as one of the main innovators of the genre. All thanks to the combination of vintage production and modern spirit.
They are now immersed in a tenth anniversary tour of the album, which will give us the chance to see them again in Spain. They will perform in Madrid (November 12, Sala But) and Barcelona (November 13, Sala Apolo), within the Vida Festival & Friends cycle. Tickets are available at this link.
On the other hand, and also as a tribute to that album, they will publish a new EP on October 4th that will be titled “Other Structures EP” and will include four unreleased pieces and two remixes of “Sun Structures”The tracks will be “Day Of Conquest” –which has been released as a preview–, “Ankh”, “Jewel Of Mine Eye”, “Prism”, “Shelter Song (Robert Been Remix)” and “Shelter Song (SLP Remix)”.
