Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are going to have a wedding worthy of the Eras Tour. According to TMZ, the couple rented Madison Square Garden to celebrate their wedding, supposedly in early July, which will also include a “giant stage.”
The sources cited by TMZ would have confirmed to the American media that Swift’s wedding stage is being “secretly built” at a Pennsylvania campus called Rock Lititz that specializes in stage construction, and is also the site where many bands rehearse before going on tour. In fact, the production of the Reputation Tour was carried out with this company. The media clarifies that the scenario would not be “related to any current or upcoming tour.”
In principle, Madison Square Garden will not be the site of the wedding itself, which according to TMZ sources would take place before July 3, but rather the wedding party. For this event, the guest list would be much smaller. As for the event at the New York venue, TMZ reports that some guests would even take the stage for a musical performance.
Although none of this has been directly confirmed, New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani has revealed Taylor Swift’s wedding as one of the events taking place this summer in the city. Additionally, there are no public events scheduled at Madison Square Garden between June 29 and July 6.
